ReignRock structures investments based upon the following principles:

  • We invest our own money in every deal

    We won’t ask an investor to write a check we are not prepared to write as well.

  • We hold the same security as our investors

    Our interests are aligned.

  • We do not receive a promoted interest until 100% of investors’ capital is returned

    Our upside is on the back-end as it should be, again aligning our interests with those of our investors.
